This guide explains where WBS can ship, which warehouse serves each destination, the delivery carriers used, and the usual dispatch and transit times.
Shipping Coverage
- Fully supported regions: Europe, North America, and Australia.
- Limited coverage in Southeast Asia: Shipping is available except to India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
- Limited coverage in Africa: Shipping is available only to Ghana, Nigeria, and Morocco.
- Unavailable region: We do not currently ship to South America.
Warehouse Service Areas
- China Warehouse: Ships to all supported destinations except the unavailable regions and countries listed above.
- USA Warehouse: Ships only within the United States, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
- Canada Warehouse: Ships only within Canada.
Dispatch Times and Delivery Methods
China Warehouse
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and usually arrive within 8–14 days. After the shipment clears customs in the destination country or region, final delivery is handled by:
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail
- European Union: DHL
- United States: UPS, USPS, or FedEx
- Canada: Canada Post or UPS
USA Warehouse
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Available delivery options are:
- USPS: Estimated delivery in 3–7 days.
- FedEx: Estimated delivery in 2 business days.
Canada Warehouse
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and shipped by UPS, with estimated delivery in 3–7 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances outside the warehouse's control.
